CHOCOLATE FLAVOURED: Whey proteins 85% {whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate [whey protein isolate, emulsifier: lecithins (soy)]}, fat-reduced cocoa powder, L-Glutamine 4.6%, flavourings, L-Arginine, creamer [partly hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sucrose, milk protein, stabiliser (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)], thickener (cellulose gum), salt, L-Leucine 0.2%, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), L-Isoleucine 0.1%, L-Valine 0.1%, sweetener (sucralose).
 

Directions For Use:

Mix 1 serving (28 g = 1 flat measuring spoon = 2 heaping tablespoons) powder with 250 ml water, take it twice a day. On training days take the first serving within 45 minutes after workout and the other serving between meals. On rest days take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening. Use a shaker.
